I just stumbled upon this nice short film about Stumptown. They printed our baby announcements and our wedding invites along with all the Colin Meloy Sings CD sleeves, all letterpressed. Everything they do they do well and with much love and attention to detail. Bands looking for beautiful, distinctive, eco-friendly packaging ideas should check them out. Currently Rebecca’s at work on a limited edition letterpress-printed book, written by Colin and illustrated by me, called The Unfortunate Demise of Whitley Rackham. It’s been in the works for years but it’s completion seems to be on the horizon. Here’s an illustration from it:
